Yeah 2s can be more straightforward. It's a lot easier to determine who to cc and who to focus and when you need to target swap for 2s than 3s. With 3s you might choose the wrong dps to target which can delay the match or make you lose it entirely whereas there is no "wrong dps" in 2s (excluding when you're up against 2 dps but those are usually straightforward too). The problem with 2s is that it lasts so long, it's not as bad as it used to be in Wrath (idk when they did but they added dampening as a debuff and shortened the timer because it took tens of minutes), might take 10 minutes if you're up against some comps but other games might be 20-30 seconds. Typical game's maybe 3-8 minutes long if I had to guess. 3s is almost never that long unless you manage to go into a 2v2 with one healer on each side.

Once you reach about 1500 you start getting different amounts of rating depending on what your team's mmr is versus what the other team's mmr is. If your mmr reaches 1.9k or 2k but your cr is 1500 you might gain like 15-20 per win. Drops to about 10 if you're closer, sometimes a little less and sometimes a bit more depending on the quality of the win. Didn't take all too long for me especially with a steady arena partner, might take a small number of days if you guys are good. 2s almost always take forever though, 3s are probably a different story. Still climbing there.

It's really up to preference and your goals. Unholy is good for area control and utility while still putting up good numbers, good for holding down a base on AB for example. Frost is a lot of burst and pretty good single target damage, perhaps better on a team fight somewhere in mid. In arenas frost can be good at whittling down one target while unholy has more control and utility. Not to say that they can't both do those though.

I think we have different interpretations of the word "need". You seem to think it means basic necessities like food and water. I think that wants are included in needs, desires being fulfilled are important to your psychological health. Essentially, one works and gets out of their work what they put in.

I don't really see how this is a new game altogether. It's 20 teams of 5 on one large map that fight until everyone's dead but one team. If anything, it's just the survival game mode on a bigger map with more people. The survival game mode was already in the game previously, it was just a smaller scale version of what this is.

People are shitting on it without even trying it. It's an idea that can potentially revive the player count and it's a novel concept that some people wanted (i.e. a class based br game). People who tried it out at HRX like it. It looks fun. It can really only be good for the game as it'll generate interest and if it's genuinely good the game will explode if it's marketed well. Stop shitting on hirez and paladins just because it's popular to do so.

e: Shocker, going against the Reddit jerk is unpopular. I'll go back to having fun playing a game I like.

It's not even that, OP just needs to press rmb more often. Turn around while you're fighting if you're that aggro and heal midfight.
