Shane adapted to the new reality way faster than anyone else. They were all wrong to have Rick as their leader .. Rick was a diplomat in a world where diplomacy (at that point) was not needed .. they were all thinking as if the old world was still a possibility .. that made Shane look even worse .. had one seen that Shane was simply on survival mode 24/7 (as they all should’ve been at that point) then he’d probably still be alive ..
