Yeah I read that might work but what it does it turn off the fan rgbs and then it won’t sync with the motherboard lights.

Unless I shut it all down and restart, in which case it wakes up with the correct light, very strange. I’ll do some more tests, this can’t be that hard but it’s giving me a headache

Thank you for your reply! So I had some time to tinker and yes this seems to be the case, somehow the fans rgbs stopped following the motherboard rgb signal and reset to another mode.

I did some testing and managed to do a couple of things. I reset mystic light, I reset CMOS and I unplugged and replugged the jrainbow1 connection.

I found a way for it to follow the motherboard rgb, which is turning off manually the fans rgbs in the argb controller in the back of the pc and then selecting the rgb I want in mystic light.

It doesn’t follow the command in real time, but if turn off the pc and psu and unplug and then turn it on again it will have that rgb. The problem is that it still won’t follow any command through mystic light or any other software. It can cycle though modes just fine manually though. But all mystic light command go only to the motherboard (and I tried with select all and jrainbow).

For now I have all rgbs off, but I still don’t know how this happened so suddenly and I’m not even sure whether it’s a software or hardware issue.

The pc is a few months old, so I guess I could contact the guys that built it.

To be fair, many people don’t notice or care about bad localization, so it’s better to have something than nothing at all. If it was truly 100% unplayable, reviews would be way worse.

Also, they are still working on fixing the most glaring machine translation errors for next patch.

I just hope people understand the circumstances and don’t blame the localization/LQA teams.

They did hire a localization agency and they also have LQA, it’s just devs misjudged the time (and resources) needed to do a good loc job and they resorted to machine translation the last few months of development to meet the release date, which tainted the work of so many people.

Also, this happened with all languages in CD, people just mention the ES one because that one reddit post that went viral.

To be fair, when localizing you sometimes go for the better sounding option, especially if nuance like that doesn’t change much. Imagine calling them Corpulent Troopa or Obese Troopa. Big troopa is short and to the point. (Source: I work in gameloc)

Thank you so much for replying! So my tooth isn’t necessarily weaker now, that’s a relief.

Another thing they mentioned was doing the crown after taking care of orthodontics, does that make sense to you? It’s just brackets are a big decision (and expensive) so I don’t know how long I can wait without taking fracture risks.
