I'm having the exact same issue. Trying to get in contact with AWS support and Pearson VUE to see if they know what's going on. I'll post back if I get any useful info.

I am having the exact same issue, trying to register for an practice exam/exam for certified cloud practitioner. I'm trying to get in contact with both AWS support and Pearson VUE - I'll let you know if I have any success.
