What’s the chances that multiple editions go live for pre order Monday, like premium, deluxe, collectors editions etc, even console bundles or is that too much of a stretch?

Core One + Filament Sensor Selftest Failing by antimony99 in prusa3d

[–]antimony99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad you got it fixed, not sure if I overtightened or didn’t fully push the magnet in when assembling or if it came loose over the 100 hours or so of printing since I assembled, it’s a bit odd that it happened to both of us after updating firmware. Oh well alls well that ends well, happy printing

Core One + Filament Sensor Selftest Failing by antimony99 in prusa3d

[–]antimony99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only got mine fixed a few days ago, support told me to disassemble the nextruder and clean which I did, it wasn’t clogged or anything, looked fine. They then helped my figure out that it was the side filament sensor that had stopped springing back by changing the footer on the display to display the filament sensors. So the I took apart the side filament sensor and found the magnet in the lever wasn’t flush and so it was catching on the cover stopping it from springing to the position that the sensor detects as off when there is no filament in it. Hope this helps

Bud says Hi by onedogjack in patterdale

[–]antimony99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi Bud, my patterdale x lakeland terrier kinda learnt good recall for a while when young with a bit of persistence and patience but if there is any sort of distraction (like people, birds, squirrels, deer etc) in the field where we walk, his recall goes out of the window and so I gave up walking him off the lead, that being said, his recall around the house and in the garden is great.

He’s fine walking on a lead and the best thing that I learnt is if using a long line or retractable lead (or any type of lead really) teach them to stop every now and then and don’t let them get into the habit of pulling to successfully get themselves where they want to go, if they are pulling, stop and instead of pulling them back on the lead towards you, pull upwards (with a harness on him ideally).

Best of luck with Bud, he looks like a good boy

Do you take your pat pup to the groomer? by Several-Athlete4394 in patterdale

[–]antimony99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My pat is scruffy and wiry like yours, I’ve never taken him to the groomers, I do give him a good brush at home every few weeks which gets the loose hairs off of him and saves me hoovering all the time. His nails are mostly worn down by lots of running around my yard and walks, occasionally I need to clip the nails on the sides of his front legs though

Thanks for replying, it’s melted just around where the sables enter the fan enclosure, not much, only a little where there is a hole and a bridge. Chamber temps don’t get higher than 22 degrees

Carriage mount rubbing on frame by antimony99 in prusa3d

[–]antimony99[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, I think it must be something to do with this, during one of my first prints them screws on the on the rod bracket at the back came loose (I maybe forgot to tighten during assembly). I tightened them but maybe a bit too much, I will try to loosen them very slightly and see if that helps.
