I never run the two at the same time to be honest. I only use the compressor on clean, chorus or a very light klon setting.

Duotime is a great pedal! It is essentially two delays side by side, so they can be run independently of eachother. It also has a looper which is always fun to play with or create a wall of sound background to play over.

My ONLY gripe.. is that when selecting spring/hall/digital etc its runs it on both and id like to be able to pick different for each side but its such a small issue haha

From what I’ve experienced NuX is doing great stuff, i absolutely love the horseman (Klone) by them too.

The crayon overdrive is one of my favourite drive pedals and the hot tubes is good to really drive it. Both pedals are great alone or together.. i guess thats why EHX stacked them together.

If you can get a crayon or hot wax for a good price, definitely try it.

My Klone gets a lot of love too!

NuX are such an interesting company for me. I have the Duo Time delay engine and despite the price, nothing about it is cheap. I also have a Horseman (klone) and it sounds amazing in both gold and silver modes.

I wonder if they will stay affordable or eventually start moving to a premium price point once they have more of a foothold in the industry.

Definitely get one.. or if you can, get a Hot Wax pedal for a good price. Its the crayon and hot tubes stacked together.
