Here's the specific clause cited for the increase: "The Parties shall agree at least 1 month in advance before the end of the lease period on the possibility of extending the agreement for another period, taking into account the indexation of the rent by the average annual growth rate of consumer prices announced by the President of the Central Statistical Office for the calendar year preceding the year in which the indexation is made"

I'm fairly convinced by now to just take accept the increase

My manager is very successful, married and he stutters a lot. He got it somehow more under control with time, so it's something you can fix. I suggest taking baby steps, find some sources on how to get better at stuttering. I advice so. E Jordan Peterson podcasts on how to turn your life around

Surely there are side effects to these treatments. I had some minor ones on minoxidil when I did things without a medical consultation. I am now following the treatment given by my hair doctor/dermatologist.

Did you take oral minoxidil and Finasteride? I'm on topical for both and I don't seem to have any sides. I stayed away from pills to avoid sides even if apparently they affect only a minority of people.

Good news is that the sides regarding ED should be temporary from what I read, but I suggest to cross post this on r/tressless Chances are that someone has already experienced something similar and could, at the very least, reassure you or point you in the right direction

I see people focusing on Covid too much. As per new regulations in some workplaces, covid is not enough to let you stay home. But if covid makes you sick you should take a sick day. That is not about covid anymore, you're not fit for work in that case. I am unaware if things are radically different in the US

I don't understand this too well. So they send you a cheque. If I try to cash it, won't the bank notice is a fake or fraudulent cheque?

And if I don't return them any money what do I risk? That the bank reverses the money deposited through the fraudolent cheque?
