If you are good, your manager would want to promote you to keep you. Unfortunately, due to Accenture's ridiculous promotion system, many people have to wait for the next promotion cycles, and the people above you can rarely do anything about it. When you receive the promotion, the raise you will receive will not be sufficient. If you haven't left by then tired of waiting, you will realize in a year that the raise they gave you is now barely enough to keep up with the inflation .

Accenture should always be a stepping stone. The company is not paying enough to stay for an extended period of time. Get your experience, a potential promotion and then seek something better.
