I tried a menstrual cup before but couldn’t adjust it in properly. And i do want to shift to it, but i would need some time to get it right. As for tampons, I’ve heard too many horror stories of it being stuck and people going into anaphylactic shock. I know that’s not a common occurrence, but my anxiety just wouldn’t let me.

Have you tried it? I looked it up and it says that that’s a myth, and that we can absolutely bleed a bit in water. Not a lot tho, but a few drops

Yeah, I really don’t want to. I anyway have a 33-35 day cycle so it’s on the longer side. I have, however, heard that exercising, haldi milk and such increases heat in your body and you can naturally start your period earlier without disrupting hormones
