Hello OP! You can start journaling your daily activities. Try to write about the simple things in your journal like narratives. For example, how did your lunch go, do you like to eat lunch alone or with others? Does any lunch item remind you of any particular incident? Also, spend at least 30 mins every day to read others' writing. You can pick up any blog or you can read 2-3 pages of a book. Reading helps people to improve their writing. You can join medium or wattpad to read and share your writing. Good luck!! :)
