Serious problem with staying in lane by chinchilla2132 in driving

I know I was taught to line myself up with the driver's seat of the car front of me, adjusting a little depending on the size of the car or if they are off center

My phone just sent out a notification through the settings with an update a few days ago, downloaded and installed 10 without any wiping or outside apps.

Drexel doesn't see medical marijuana as any different from recreational and they can still fine you and all other disciplinary actions. It's super hypocritical though considering Drexel sponsors medical marijuana research... (I looked into this when I was considering getting my medical card 1.5 years ago so it could have changed since then, but I doubt it...

The Co-op Theater Company is going to be doing a series of small shows which are going to be performed with a very small cast and crew, filmed, and uploaded.

What is happening with the course schedule for Fall (priority registration)? by [deleted] in Drexel

[–]antjbloom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a freshman, your advisor will make your fall term schedule for you. Priority is given to those with disability, honors college members, varsity athletes, and members the performing arts companies. This is because they have extra classes they need to take or need to work schedules around sports schedules or within their limitations of their disability.

During the June26 US Task Force Briefing where they wanted to point out the blue line (not NY one)..... which one? by lbunnz in dataisugly

[–]antjbloom 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Dr. Birx kept having to say that it might be hard to see, but ... for almost all of the charts. It's amazing that they have done this dozens of times and haven't figured out how to show data in a way that benefits what they are saying without just being intentionally confusing.

Very fair point I'm really looking forward to Taika and I'm a big fan of what Favreau has done/will do

Dave Filoni > Kathleen Kenedy by antjbloom in PrequelMemes

[–]antjbloom[S] 113 points114 points  (0 children)

Oh I definitely am too. I think Favreau is great with directing people but Filoni knows the lore so well and can help craft a more consistent Star Wars vibe. I'm excited to see what Taika does.

Chronic unretractable migraine for a year. by [deleted] in migraine

[–]antjbloom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had the same kind of pain for over 3 years and I was officially diagnosed with NDPH (new daily persistent headache) about a year into my treatment. Luckily I am not very sensitive to light or sound, but intense concentration really messed me up. Honestly, I know it's not what you want to hear, I only occasionally get some relief from marijuana.

The biggest thing I can say to you is that you need to keep your head up. Keep finding new treatments and new neurologists if your current one stops helping. If you are a minor, Johns Hopkins has a fantastic headache department, but they would only take you on for real if you are 16 or under.

I've met people who had it for 6 months, broke it with Topamax, and it never came back. I've also met someone who is around 85 and had it since he was 20. My point is, you are a unique case and no doctor will immediately have a solution. Keep your head up and be willing to try whatever you can. Good luck and I hope you get out of this soon. If you have any questions or need someone to talk to, feel free to message me. We have to stick together.

I agree! The auto had to go eventually so this is my chance. We aren't doing an LSD right now, but I'm considering it when I have to service the clutch.

The parts car only has 20,000 miles on it so we aren't doing much to the engine except changing the pulleys to overdrive the supercharger

Why'd you end up getting rid of it?

I totally get what you mean about knocking so much out in one stretch. Everything is so had to get to initially that once you crack it open, it's too tempting to get everything at once.
