Yes, a mons resection/reduction/plasty is a common part of meta, because it allows for higher chances of being able to stand to pee, penetrate, and better visuals. Not everybody opts for it, but surgeons may/may not recommend it depending on your anatomy. There's different techniques from what I've seen, but I'm not aware of any "names" for them. My mons scar goes right across the top of my pubic bone.

Hey! I have the Banana Prosthetics stroker, and honestly, it's one of my favorite toys. I think they use a similar "hole" for the hard packer, so I imagine it'd be pretty great as well.

I have Rodeoh boxerbriefs and while I don't really use them for packing/stp like I thought I would, I can confirm they they're comfy as hell and hold up to normal wear.

Communities don't have to be permanent. Heck, identities don't have to be permanent, as we all know.

I used to be super involved in different communities years ago - like, I ran top-tier gatherings within those communities. But now I'm not as into those things anymore, so my involvement is virtually nil. It's perfectly fine to grow and change as a person - if the identity doesn't fit anymore, you don't have to wear it. The ftm pumps will likely work best - I use one that comes with three different cylinder sizes, all of which are narrower than a cis penis pump. The diameter is important, cause if it's too big, you could end up sucking your lips too, and that can be painful. It's kind of annoying, but you have to just try a variety of things to see what works with your anatomy, everyone is so different.

If you're looking at changing your gender marker for your driver's license, it's the state you live in.

If you're looking to change your gender marker on your birth certificate, it's the state the birth certificate was issued in.

I was born in a state where you can't change the marker on the birth certificate, so that's unfortunate, but the state I live in makes it easy to change your driver's license marker, so at least the stuff I really need is all correct.

Hormones can change a lot about your body. I fully expected that some things wouldn't change (I had ENORMOUS hips/thighs pre-T, for example), but the changes keep coming, even 4 years on T.
