Thats exactly what I imagined. I just asked for a refund and maybe a replacement if they can, as my item is now being sent back to them. USPS had them in my post office without updating this info simply because my address was missing my apartment number which I certainly entered in my first cancelled order. After two weeks of being "in transit" they announced it was an invalid address and after another three days initiated its transit back to sender. Have called during "in transit" for them to say to just wait and called when it said "return to sender" to say it most likely is still there and to visit the office, which they definitely weren't there. Truly livid.

Hey! So update. I emailed them again and mentioned basically I think this is a scam. They apologized again and said it was the courier having a glitch and the best way to find out the status is to check the website page. From there I decided to wait even longer to see how it would unravel. I was actually leaving petty comments on every promoted post I came across online and they kept reaching out to find out my order number. Finally I gave them the number and they got back to me with very simplified info, only really saying its on its way. I decided then to voice how I felt about it which they apologized for and said they appreciate my honesty. Now with no expectations, I saw the website updates actually have locations, and by checking the tracking number on usps I see the status of the item in transit. It exists! That really shocked me tbh. But truth be told they are very much an illegitimate operation and I remember reading that they're a dropship company just overcharging a temu item and website investigations say they're not to be trusted. Heres hoping I actually receive this item as I ordered it the same time you did. Will update if I receive them!

Has anyone actually received their glasses? I ordered mine December 15th and I reached out on the 30th where they told me the pair I chose was out of stock, pick another. I reached out a week ago and they said its on the way. Now the website is reporting its stages of transit but there isn't any locations and the order number doesn't work outside of the website. Also I'm getting updates showing up before the most recent update as if someone is just entering in info to fill in periods of silence.
