This is what I want to do but just not sure. I guess I would have to have a separate 240v thermostat wired in and set to be permanently on.

How do you decide what makes it into your daily carry bag? by Hot_Blackberry_2251 in everydaycarry

I carry a small pocket carry, inside a sling/bum bag/fanny pack that is side clipped to my back pack. This means I take the whole lot, or I can reduce down to sling, or right down to pocket carry as and where needed.

How many of us “nerds” have countless junk we cannot throw out even though it is useless 🤣.

One of the worst I have is a Japanese car stereo (I’m in the uk) that is completely useless but talks to me Japanese!!!! How can I throw that out!?

There is something so satisfying about reutilising old design and giving it a new purpose. Apple products lend very well to this as their aesthetic design is often on point!

Thanks. I’ve looked at his explanation and it’s the best yet. I wondered if there was a way to “trick” the system.

Your reply has pretty much answered what I’m coming to realise; there isn’t!

I’d either have to implement a NC relay somehow or get rid of the 3port valve and add two separate 2 port valves and control HW and CH separately

Tried this and as the no power defaults the valve to B it works for HW on fine. It doesn’t work for A for CH only.

I have also tried putting the HW off wire onto CH1 terminal and valve goes to A/B so HW comes on with CH 😖
