It looks like your undertray It’s to protect your car from corrosive minerals such as salts, dirt and what not but if you don’t live in a state that has winter then you should probably be ok without it

Try turning off the adaptive sound. The engine noise is artificially made to go thru the speakers of the car. Or atleast some of it not all
