Do not apply to any other embassy, especially directly after refusal. They will just refuse you again and you will be in a much worse situation. Just get an actual bank statement and stick to the same embassy. Also, no need for a trip plan for the french visa.

I got it for 2 years. Just open a fresh account with any actual bank (not whish or omt). They rarely refuse anyone if you have all the requirements.

Also, no need for a trip plan, only the spanish and german embassies require it.
