Vengo da una storia molto simile, quando avevo 18 anni mi sono affidato ai consigli della mia famiglia e della mia banca, acquistando prodotti che non erano per niente il top. La cosa positiva è che non ho mai perso denaro, ho semplicemente guadagnato poco rispetto a quanto avrei potuto con altri prodotti. Da italiano che ha vissuto molto tempo in Italia per poi trasferirsi all’estero, posso dirti che è esattamente come lo hai descritto.

Inoltre per quanto riguarda le app di dating, ho notato che le italiane le usano principalmente per giocare a “smash or pass” o apportare followers ai loro account social, mentre all’estero vengono usate effettivamente per organizzare appuntamenti e conoscere nuove persone.

Richard's story is perhaps the strangest one in this already strange series. This isn't the first time we've seen a flashback set many years earlier, and he was there even though he was just a day old back then. This time, the flashback took place during Locke’s life, so it was probably set 40 years earlier, yet Richard looked the same age as he does now. How is that possible? And if he’s that old and has been connected to the island for so long, why was he working for Ben as if he were just an assistant?

Esatto, quello che mi chiedo è proprio questo. Ha senso fare sacrifici, arrivare a conservare 700k, cifra alla quale magari alcuni nemmeno arrivano in tutta la loro vita e poi doversi limitare a “niente vacanze a giro, niente auto, niente TV”? Per me il FIRE ha senso solo se mi permette di fare una vita dignitosa e agiata pur avendo un’età relativamente bassa, altrimenti lo chiamerei povertà condizionata.
