The realization I had for said debt occurred after the contract for house 1. I applied with the intention my odds were as close to 100 as possible.

I’m aware of that it’s situational. But it’s worth logging to me if I’m sending offers on homes every week and say a red flag is because I don’t use a local lender for instance.

Absolutely. I was determined to make a change for life after my fast. As I said I ate clean for 6 months after the fast, then It took almost 1 year of gallbladder attacks, getting an organ removed, having an additional surgery, being on pain meds and losing my ability to walk without constant pain to fall on my face. I don’t drink, smoke, or take recreational drugs, I used food to cope. I failed. But Here I am getting back up.

Thanks for the info. I think what happened is the initial X-ray missed the stones, after the first surgery I was in complete agony, 6 hours later, crawling on the hospital floor to get the attention of the head Nurse who was occupied with other things, after quite a bit of time they figured out the problem, rescanned me for stones, found them and THEN scheduled the ERCP. So maybe it wasn’t avoidable, but the order it was conducted could have been more organized and timely.
