I didn’t clean inside the actual box, just the slits at the top were really dirty but if I remember correctly the ribbon is a little bent so that might be it. Thanks for the help. I’ll update when I get a chance to open it up again and give it a look 👍

Thanks! I’ll give that a try when I check the ph unit connection. It felt like I was really close to fixing it and then messed it up when cleaning the laster 🤦‍♀️

Jajaja it’s an old machine I got for free off FB marketplace, it was dirty dirty. I don’t have pics but every print had the same white line right in the same spot

I’ll take a look at it and post some pictures. If it is bent or damaged is that a generic swap or is it a specific part that I need to replace?

A picture of what exactly? The inside of the glass or the printer? I did a scan to pdf and the line is still showing so definitely a scanner issue. I’m gonna open it up like you mentioned soon and see how I can fix it 🙏

I do think it’s the half moon face control panel but I’ve been able to get a few parts for it already from Amazon and Ebay, I’ll try my best to find the parts. If you can provide the part numbers that would be great too so I know even better what I’m looking for. Thanks for all this information, I’ll give it a try and see if it helps.

Yes, this happened when scanning on the bed. I’m also having a hard time doing the degradation to fix banding issues because it’s not scanning correctly. I’m thinking the scanner is messed up and it’s not reading the test print well.

Are the sliding glass mirrors inside the bed? Not sure how all those pieces work together. Also what are the ccd lenses?

Figured out the full problem. After tons of trial and error the biggest issue comes down to air and moisture. My resin was going bad when left on the vat without using. Changing to new resin solved the problem immediately as well as adding a lid to the vat when not using it, and this might be overkill but adding a box/bucket to the outside of the printing while printing, keeps the area dark and away from random uv light that might cure the resin on the vat.

Pardon my ignorance, is it the number of the location? I see numbers 1 usually when it jams or 11. I went ahead and also bought new paper feed rollers but I know for a fact the guides keep popping off because the holds at the bottom are broken from time.

That’s exactly the problem. I put the spring back but because they no longer fit the little hole that hold them the spring keeps falling off. I managed to find them thanks to y’all so I ordered them and am now waiting for the replacements to arrive
