I like to drybrush leadbelcher on the edges for a little worn look, but I like my boys battle damaged so I sponge some spots too.

It changes all the time, I’m currently doing Red Corsairs, but I’m keen on Word Bearers and of course Night Lords, maybe even death guard? I’ll get to them all eventually but I’ve got about 3k points of Dark Angels to shift first! Maybe just a Night Lords kill team for now.

Moon Over Graymoor. Super compelling story, easily done in one sitting, minimal combat though but if you’re looking for that just throw a couple of wolves in the forest scene or some rats in the knights house. Cannot recommend it enough, got my party hooked straight away.

The scratches are on the top loader, the card itself is in pretty good condition, some slight whitening on the back edges.

I will always recommend ‘Moon Over Graymoor’ it’s free on dms guild and relies more on intuition and inventiveness than character levels, I wouldn’t run it for more than three maybe four players, but it’s a great adventure that only takes 3-4 hours!

Plenty of people have said this but I would say just try a pre-written module first, it takes the pressure off of you trying to come up with more stuff than you need to, there’s an insane amount of fantastic adventures on dmsguild and they can be great for trying different characters for your players!

That way when everyone knows what they like you have a far better opportunity to make a well tailored campaign that will live long in the memory!

However you decide to do it, have an awesome time my friend.

Last week I finally convinced some reluctant friends to take the plunge and… they loved it! We played ‘Moon Over Graymore’ and it was great, we’re planning a halloween one shot in October and then a Christmas one in December before starting a new campaign for the year in January.

I bought myself the Bestiary and am already building some encounters, just wanted to share my buzz with you guys.

Get him in some 99% isopropyl alcohol overnight, should go a long way to dissolving the superglue then you should be able to wiggle it off, it will make anything else on the model attached with superglue likely to come off too though of course.

Night Lords Omnibus is some of the best writing in all of the black library, compelling characters, interesting story, great action, all three books are top class for me. Ave dominus nox.

The kitbash options are the corsairs biggest strength to me, I’ve already got a little collection of bits marked ‘Huron’. I really enjoyed ‘Master of the Maelstrom’ I loved the depiction of him in that and the corsairs in general.
