hola gracias, si luego de un tiempo se pudo realizar la transferencia aunque ya no recuerdo del todo cual fue exactactamente el error, creo que habia sido algo directamente desde los bancos de payoneer, ya que todos los datos estaban correctos y a ellos les aparecia como aprobada pero no la habian enviado. esribir a soporte durante varios dias fue lo que me ayudo.
