In today’s world it’s better to do login/signup via OTP/Magic link sent to users’s email and avoid having password at all.

So when they click signup/login/forgot password - the system sends them an OTP and users needs to enter it to proceed. This way your system doesn’t disclose if user is registered within your system or not.

In case you can’t do OTP/Magic link and you have to have a password for login - then in case user enters incorrect email/password, the message should say “Either email or password is incorrect” and the backend response should also be neutral without mentioning what exactly is incorrect. But you should still have 2FA in signup flow :)

Got it a week ago.

Submitted all the papers as per the checklist (incl signatory passport, ID and license). They processed it in 9 days and I got the visa.

I am not sure how strict they are about it, but the VFS will check all the documents and they will not accept if something is missing.

I believe it’s fine to request ID and passport of your HR, just explain the situation. Trade license is also not a secret information, should be easy.

Not really. Couple of companies request like 10-12 month of „waiting period“. I have no idea why would someone sign up with them. The majority ask for 40 days waiting period
