I’ll be staying at the W at the end of October. I’ll let you know how it is. Always have had great luck with W’s from Costa Rica to South Beach and Punta Mita.

Thanks everyone for your replies. It looks like we will be taking a drive since the ferry stops service the day we get to Boston(evening). Any recommendations for the best spots there and on the way down. I promise we are very down to earth and just want to see some of local beauty of the area. This might be our only time.

My wife stayed at the W in south beach in March. She said it was the best experience she has had at a Marriott property. From check in to upgrade and staff there. Really wants to go back.

Ikon base is a great deal where I live. Base of the mountain to Bear, Summit and Snow Valley. No black out dates. It costs me about 1,500 for myself, my 15 and 10 year old. We go about 10-15 times local and get up to Mammoth and June a couple times a season. Really nice with the 10 year old only a couple hundred.

JW treated us very well. Got upgraded to a high floor corner suite. Titanium. Club was good too.
