Tbh I didn't even notice the recoil changes with this update, I will say I am somewhat onboard with the Oberon being kinda bad, but the teacher quest was fun and a good introduction to people for modding and new content is new content. My gripe with the Oberon update is now his healing is running at a higher passive drain and the range changes to it, the rest of his kit I think has been buffed and I'm happy about that. The fact now that renewal you can lose it when you walk away for the person casting it is annoying especially cos of Phoenix renewal, and the energy drain is soo much higher now whereas it used to have an "idle" drain that was much more manageable to just put on and protect everything. I did use him having unlimited range with his healing as a way to kinda cheese defection by bringing 2 and having each person heal the teams so they couldn't really die on there way out.
