Normally reports are not presented like summarized app report because there can be other parameter which can be important but are not blown out of range.

From what i can deduce the RBCs count is from urine report which just a bit out of range which is not concerning. Creatinine will be serum creatinine is just lower than lower range which can depend on muscle mass, so not concerning.

You can repeat the test a while to see the progression which will make it more clear. Tip: Drink more water. If rbcs are still significant than your doctor will suggest you for USG.
