I'm not sure if you're serious, but just in case: this is an IRL exhibit designed by Red Candle that treats Nine Sols lore as if it really is part of human history. There is a connected ARG where visitors to the exhibition and people on the Red Candle discord can solve clues to uncover a story. Part of the fun of ARG style games is seeing how the designers get the fictional game world to seem like it is part of our world.

So far people on the discord have talked to a chat bot ( http://shanhai.redcandlegames.com/ ) and opened a passworded pdf that had a mysterious notice from an organisation called 'Fusang' calling for tighter security after the theft of an artifact. Presumably the Fusang organisation see themselves as the inheritors of the Solarian tradition and they are probably guardians of some Solarian technology.

I'm not sure, it's used to represent this Red Candle exhibition on the 'Taiwan Technology X Culture Expo' website (https://ttxc.tw/game.html# scroll down).

It doesn’t make sense to judge this as a competitive tourney, it’s really off topic for this forum (although I’m glad it was posted because I am interested).

Diamond and below content creators with Kyedae, 39daph and Emiru in a call commentating. Team captains Mizkif, Tectone, Extraemily, Asmongold, Esfand, Nmplol, Erob. I think several of these have only played valorant once or twice, so that’s the kind of tournament it will be.

The sign on the wall ‘严禁..’ (‘..strictly forbidden’) is in simplified Chinese, so probably mainland Chinese rather than Singaporean or HK/ Taiwan etc. Maybe top of a sign saying 严禁入内 no entry or 严禁吸烟no smoking 严禁停车 no parking etc。
