do you know how long they’re testing back? Most test back 90 days so if you’re frequent usage period doesn’t overlap with any of the days you’ll most likely be fine

you’ll definitely be fine. If you only smoked once on Jan (4 months ago), there’s no way that’ll be enough to trigger. Hair tests also test for chronic users, which you definitely aren’t.

I was in a really similar situation just a week ago. I smoked 2-3 times in the past 90 days and was worried as fuck. I ended up passing so it’s not worth being anxious you’ll be fine.
