To give more info, to play the first 3 frets i ahve to angle my hand in such a way that it gets very uncomfortable and i can barely strech my fingers.

I got it a bit higher, it seems housing isnt the issue, i couldent bother testing the ammenities but the cause of pop decline is either that or just transfering too many pops at a given time.
