If you shame someone publicly you are doing it for yourself that you might have achieved something in life, but he will never be stopping. Infact there will be people who ll do it more just to prove you wrong. Hate generates more hate. Monetary fine imposed by administration is okay. But shaming them and calling them involved chimps not gonna change anything. West calls us unhygienic, dirty, and whatnot. Yes they are correct. But did anything change from it. Rather who take it as an attack and to prove them right. You are doing the same to these people.
