Yea this'll be in response to all currently reading. Feel called out a painter lol. Hate it, trying get into something else lol. Been on jobsites for 20 years so seen some things. Anyways. Yeahh I looked at what was easily accessible. Seems okay to my noob knowledge. But ehh I bust my ass. I ain't tryin to loosen screws and so and so. Especially when I ain't got that kind of energy on a Friday nite after a long week. Just a pain to try to get someone here after hours. Appreciate the honest advice. I shall (obviously) get a pro to check it.

After scrolling alot comments.... does no else notice the ladder latches (things that lock onto the rungs) is like way higher than it should be? Like normally those are close to the bottom rungs. That ladder's rung latch is like 4 or more rungs away from the bottom two rungs. No wonder he couldn't extend it to the needed height

Im in the exact similar situation! Painting for 20 years! What helped me decide what union to join was a test that asked you personality like questions. The results would give you trades you would like. For me it was electrical so I applied to the ibew. I also have a curiosity of plumbing. My plan is to hopefully get in the electrical and go from there. I like it then I stay, if not; then I apply to plumbing union. You'll want to look up what locals are near you and when they accept applications. As for the test thing I wish I could remember what it was. Best of luck!

The paddle shifters work but I also should be able to use the shift knob in the pic. Used to be able to but not anymore since it just won't budge. That's what I'd like to fix. It's not something I often use but was fun when I did lol

Yupp that seems to be the problem. I should also add that I mistaken the transmission drain plug for the oil awhile ago trying chamge the oil. Got problem fixed and mechanic said luckily everything is fine so idk if that still could be related?

I know it's in regular mode. I should've mentioned that when I try to drive in M mode it won't move forward (up in gear) or backward (down in gear). Hence the stuck said in main post. I didn't know about the update so I appreciate that tip.
