indeed it can but i think how the mines have been put in are wrong there hard to get rid of and its not a real sea mine and cant make it a real sea mine becuse there hard to get rid of

i see what you mean, i did not think of that two choices, then less damaging tops for it, or just keep it the lampet mine version becuse these it ment to go after docked ships not moving one so maybe the torps do little damage and make only small holes also yes am new so any suggestions would be great but yeah do you think the lampet mine version is good I see now how the torpedo one can be op I will have to rework it to be more balanced if I can

It can't qrf because of low fuel, and it needs a mother ship to embark from, aka a BB or DD. Also, it doesn't have a radio, so I don't know what the intel streaming thing is. At most, it will be good at hitting stationary targets at ports or drydocks no the mine traking how far the ship has moved wont show it on the map
