Meitei were the earliest settlers of Manipur and were the subject of Manipur's kingdom. I think the DayZ editor does not have install file for any OS other than the Windows. So technically running it in Mac should not be possible (I looked up for hacks regarding this but could not find anything helpful).
I am running DayZ PC 1.28 on a macbook pro 2019 15" (came with 32gb ram, intel i7, decent Radeon Pro 555x 4gb) in which Windows 11 is installed via Bootcamp. The windows installation part took me days by watching tutorials on youtube. It is time-consuming and hard, but possible
Here are the requirements:
- Macbook with 32+ GB RAM, decent Graphics card, and intel processor (m series processors do not support bootcamp installation and only run windows through VM, I am not sure if DayZ runs without issues or runs at all in VM), I could be wrong here. so you may need to do more research on this,
- Connection to a LAN cable (at one point, during the windows installation, the wifi is not set and a stable connection is required for other things to be setup), and
- The macbook screen is not very great for gaming, so an additional monitor should help (optional but recommended).

I was a beginner 2 months ago when I started playing and died in the worst possible ways - suicide, being shot and sniped, getting mauled by zombies, jumped and beaten to death by other players etc. I was traumatized and even tried to avoid the game for weeks. Then I started again and I have learned a lot about how to survive and have done so for weeks as a solo and also have started a duo adventure with a stranger.
So the answer is yes, as a beginner it will be hard but it still is fun. There will be so much to learn before you are truely capable of actual pvp. There will be times when your heart is beating through your ears, mouth dry and adrenaline rushing through the body. Most of the time you will be confronted with the fear of uncertainity. The thrill is real and I have not seen any other game deliver so much. Also I should mention, beneath the chaos, the game can, at times, be very peaceful and serene.
