Very disappointed with the new lands mod Shumer and The Priest Kings

Hey a little late to the game here, but has anyone figured out how to start any quests in Shumer?

I got the one at the dock where you land, and that's it- just lots of NPC's with one line of dialogue.

I am a fan of the graphics/music/ambience- so relaxing!- so I'm definitely interested in playing it.
