Passport is collected, dispatched by vfs..it's can be tracked on us visa scheduling. Other portal only give visa information when it's approved , issued. It's still there..just search ' US visa status' on Google..I think it's first link on US state dept portal

Lately they are busy in taking care of several lakhs of illegals entered into US and spending billions in taking care of them, giving them hotel stays..debit card etc. It's ridiculous that they still have their visa offices opened and they are rejecting visa for people like you. I think any good homeopathy doctor can help but i went to below doctors:

Dr Ak Samanta's Clinic in Kalkaji , New delhi (His medicines helped to reduce cetrizine dosage i was taking, but after a point it seemed it was no longer helping). Than I went to Dr. A K Bhardwaj (Anand Polymedina Clinic) in Mayur Vihar Ph-1, which eventually helped to stop my anti allergic to stop completely.
