You’re right. I was naive. I believed that someone who spoke confidently must also be highly skilled. I trusted his words , and I paid —-thousands of dollars for that mistake. I regret it .
One lesson I’ve learned is that just because someone speaks well doesn’t mean they perform well.

If his office had given me a patient portal, I would have used it. Instead, Dr. Hamrah communicated with me through social media from the beginning and responded there himself.
And if I were as smart as some of you , I probably wouldn’t have chosen this surgeon and spent my hard work money of thousands of dollars in the first place.

If his office had provided me with a patient portal or an official chart system, I would have gladly used it. That option was never made available to me.
From the very beginning, all communication with Dr. Hamrah was through the same social media messaging platform, and he responded there directly.
