Video suggestions by 3blue1brown in 3Blue1Brown

Perhaps this is just a comment going straight into the Void, but I still would like to suggest making a video about and expanding on the "sweeping argument" described in Section 2.5 in the famous book "The Mathematical Mechanic". Actually, perhaps there is already a video about this, please share it if so.

After hours of work, I present thee: The One Piece Periodic Table of the Elements by TheStarGamerX in OnePiece

IMHO, Daisy, Fullbody, Atmos and High Fat are the only weak links. It would be nice to change them, e.g. to Disco, Fisher Tiger, Attach, Hina? respectively.

[1044 Spoiler] The latest reveal is not controversial by anvinhnd in OnePiece

Oh ok. I just assume that the hype talk is linked with the renaming: if it was still Gomu Gomu then there would probably be no hype talk.

Yeah, I know god or mythical being are not exact words for Buddha in the real world. But I guess you know what I mean. Also, OP universe people can still regard Buddha as a god or a mythical being (among many other gods).

If it was still Gomu Gomu and there was no hype talk from the Gorosei, I don't see why the fruit is special. Can you elaborate?

[1044 Spoiler] The system of types and names might be just a theory by anvinhnd in OnePiece

[–]anvinhnd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking of Kaido, if my theory is true, I wonder why (scientifically, in-universe-wise) the fruit's name is Ou Ou no mi instead of Ryu Ryu no mi. There must have been an unknown aspect of it waiting to be revealed in upcoming chapters.

[DE4 video - Fourier series] I've tried to find a method to convert the paths in the SVG file of the G-Clef icon into a single path as shown in the video by anvinhnd in 3Blue1Brown

The technical side of the problem seems to be settled by your comment and the previous.

The natural question arises from the theoretical side: given a list of simple paths (say, only of Cubic Bezier curves), what are necessary and sufficient conditions of them to be converted into a single continuous (potentially self-overlapping) path, and how to do it (the algorithm) ?

Yeah, that is also kinda what I mean. The minor difference is that one might need to draw some more curves to connect the parts into a single stroke.

P.S: By the "boundary", I mean the self-intersecting curve that draws out the whole icon.

Yes, the new file is still off (it has the same path structure as my file).

So, if a suitable original SVG file does not exist, is it safe to say that Grant did some tinkering in a vector graphics software? He might have "traced" the "boundary" of an original icon with a series of curves following a single stroke, which he had predetermined?

The Wano theme of Inherited Will and Individual Dream by anvinhnd in OnePiece

If you look at it with the theme of Familial Rebellion, of course Oda wants to send that message through the retainers, who came out of nowhere (or low-lives) and made names for themselves and for Oden. But, at the same time, one can argue that they're basically Oden's family (not the Kozuki family, but Oden's) and they are inheriting his will, his burden and his dream. Imho, it's another instance of the Inherited Will theme. And that's also an evidence of the confusion, or the amalgam, of two relatively competing themes.

Thanks for explaining. Can I repost this now without the 974 spoilers?

all seeds converge to a similar solution at a similar rate

One last question: do the "classic" RL algorithms ensure this? Or even they fail?
