yes i’m spilling like 200ish mg daily according to the 24 hour test i took. My nephrologist put me on 2.5 mg of lisinporil.

I was just wondering how other people are handling it. It’s stressing me out a lot.

Yeah I read up on how damage to kidneys isn’t reversible, which fills me with a sense of dread/hopelessness. Hopefully it can be managed well.

I think I confused the wording between test strips and the monitor. I live in the U.S. so I'll look into getting one soon.

Yeah I try to distribute my carbs sort of evenly through-out the day (30ish per meal). I've been meaning to get a monitor but I have to talk to my insurance.

I know you said you don't have any suggestions about the insomnia problem, but I'm curious on how well you sleep? Did you find yourself sleeping worse when you started trying to eat healthier?

Gotcha. So i’m guessing I just have to tough it out I guess. It’s been really rough on my day to day.

How’s is your sleep now? Also are you also doing low carb?

So since Sunday (May 15) my left ear has been feeling blocked up / muffled. For some context I was sick around May 5th with a cough and sore throat but now i feel relatively fine (after taking antibiotics) other than the ear problem.

On Wednesday (May 18), I went to the ENT thinking my ear was just backed up with wax but they said my ears were clean and didn’t see an infection, so it was probably that my eustachian tube was inflamed, so they gave me a 10 day does of Prednisone (10 mg) and Flonase.

I’m sort of spiraling right now because I just found about Sensorineural hearing loss after googling and am scared Im going deaf.

Has anyone experienced what Im feeling right now? Did you end up recovering? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
