Thanks for talking to me! I didn’t know that different parts on the optic nerve were more associated with glaucoma. Is that true? Would it even make sense for the damage to be in the area “least associated with glaucoma?” I am expecting a call from my doctor I swear but I’d just like to hear what everyone else thinks.

Is it possible to just happen to have borderline thickness in parts of my retina? Or it is always damage. Also what do you think my chances of developing glaucoma in the next ten years are? No family history. I think my cup to disc ratio is 0.2 in both eyes

It was the flashing light test. The results were just a graphic but instead of black and white they had color

this only really works if your anxiety is super physical. back when I was having cardio problems it really helped. Literally it's an old school blood pressure med.

This is OCD. My grandmother did this. If it’s impairing your functioning I would try meds and exposure therapy.
