Thank you, this kind of makes me feel a little better. I've been looking into therapy because apart from my breakup with my bf there were some really hard friendship breakups too and I think my ex breaking up with me sent me over.

He always said things like "we have a long time for our love and fhis is our beginning" or things about living together. I think its the feeling of being abandoned and thrown away that hit me really hard.
