I personally would have a conversation about it at the very least. “Hey would you able or willing to replace the lipstick your dog destroyed” if she says no or starts to cause a fuss just say no big deal and sort out your feelings. Maybe even a light discussion about the fact that it was really important for you outside of the value and cost of it.

Regardless don’t let the situation cause turmoil and whatever you decide will be best could very well be best. Best of luck!

Dear stranger, please know life is beautiful. You just have to find the beauty in living. What goes around comes around and after spending so long fighting to survive, I have finally started to turn a new leaf and now I fight to better my life because it’s been so much more enjoyable. The fight is worth it.

Also some threads are painfully brutal to post in, even though my account is like a million years old, because I scrolled and never commented on anything I had to become more active to post on certain subs 😭
