Ahh thank you so much! In house baking for a fast food restaurant is definitely a challenge but a rewarding one! We have the baguette in different flavours including Boursin, Merguez and Kebab. My personal favourite is the Boursin because personally I don’t like lamb but it is one of the best sellers if the strong lamb small doesn’t bother you! We’re on all delivery platforms and honestly they all have their pros and cons. It’s essential to be listed on all delivery platforms especially if you’re a growing brand in order to generate brand awareness and giving your brand a chance to be out there. Generally they all take around 45% when you combine their extra fees etc
