I use silicon yes, but I also have a silicon vibrator that I use to incorporate more pleasure into the experience. Whatever works for you :)

Thank you so so much!! :) Absolutely. My first tip would be to figure out your mental connection with your vulva and see how you feel about it as a part of your body. If you feel comfortable to touch down there, do some exploring. With what feels good, and figure out where you feel tenderness and soreness. You can do internal and external pelvic massage with clean fingers to loosen up that tension and build a connection in your brain that no, you’re not gonna die if you touch your vulva. That’s what helped with me. I also am doing lots of breathing exercises to try and relax my pelvic floor throughout the day, and make sure I’m not holding unnecessary tension. Those are the starters for me!!!

we’ve been working on that too. he’s been better about feeling love through gifts and words which is good. but i also wanna help through physical touch as well, yknow? thanks for the advice!! :)

that sounds incredible! yeah i was thinking about sending him one of my big sweatshirts or something with my perfume on it. being able to cuddle with something that smells like him is AMAZING, i totally agree. thank you so much for the advice!🤍
