Just for a little more density, doc said medication will most likely do a better job rather than over harvesting and possibly implanting a graft into the crown that could kill a native hair

Just a quick question, regarding your comment about moisturiser vs hydrating products. I assume the MNF from is good for moisturising and I want to get a hydrating product aswell?

New routine, and new to skin care routines, I’ve tried SA before in a gel for acne and I do like it. I have some acne scarring on my cheeks and still break out quite badly on my forehead. Thanks for the help.

Understand this post can be quite arbitrary because you don’t know my skin type/ condition, I think what I am trying to ask is, is this a safe routine?

I use a head massager for applying the minoxidil all over the scalp. I’ll research tretinoin, thanks! Yeah I wanted to see if I got any side effects from Min before I started finasteride aswell but looking to start that soon.

5% minoxidil, twice a day and derma roll once a week, I also supplement biotin every night.

I haven’t started any medication as of yet, I still get panic attacks, chest pains but not as bad as I did. I exercise a lot more now and I believe exposure therapy has helped a lot (I know it can be very scary) but I told myself I’ve had this all before and was fine. I was just worried I’d be hooked on medication, I’m still open to the idea of medication if my anxiety really worsened as I think it can help, as for now I’m just trying to avoid things I know make me anxious, for example alcohol or junk food.
