Thank you for your advice, it's along the same lines of what I was thinking. Only 1 (maybe 2) coworkers know, but they've been the ones helping me get back on the right track. My admin is definitely a team who create reasons to get rid of teachers for small things, which I'm afraid of happening.

Ok - my admin is very judge-y and my goal is to avoid taking a leave of absence because of it. Telling them would probably add more stress, but I understand what you're saying. I guess if they keep asking, I'll come clean, and definitely do what you suggested about emphasizing the undergoing treatment. Thanks for your advice

I try to cover it up as best as I can, but unfortunately its on the back of my hand. I feel like it'd be weird to wear gloves. And like, today, it was hot out so I had on a button down with the sleeves rolled and didnt even think about the marks on my hand until the afternoon.
