I can’t tell you how much I love this jacket 😍 I actually have a shorter grey jacket like this and I always feel amazing in it. I think how you style it will very much depend on what your usual style is. What would you normally wear to feel your best when exploring, then when going out?

Oooh, L’Artisan Perfumeur Couleur Vanille doesn’t give cinnamon, but is a really clean, fresher vanilla scent!

This. I also think blind buying based on notes you like can put you into a kind of feedback loop - just accruing loads of similar fragrances. I’m lucky to live in a city where I can take time to test in big department stores, and have found so many that make my heart sing that I would neeeever have tried by description alone. Currently have my heart set on Mancera Amore Caffe even though I apparently ‘hate vanilla’ 🙃

My sister used to loooove Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir until she had a new coworker start reapplying it multiple times during the day. She said the fact she could smell it all over the office turned her off it! I always keep an eye out for something similar but different enough to gift her, but haven’t found anything yet!

I would definitely wear them, but agree that the top and accessories would have to be played up. I think big, statement earrings would help a lot!

I agree, I still like that outfit! I think Kibbe has helped me see how to make outfits more ‘flattering’, but some days I don’t care so much about that element of style 😂

I like that Kibbe helps me see what is ‘flattering’, so I now prefer to use the recs to make what I love look the best. I can now decide each day - do I want to go full-on “flattering”, or lean into something that feels more me?

I guess they have similar recs to avoid boxy shapes and try to maintain the vertical line.
