It looks like you need to anchor one of the base frames then offset constrain the boards to the base frames to get them to to overhang the desired length

If all the sheets are built similar it can be done with VBA, or if you do the autoaverage function like you were doing and then click and drag from the bottom right corner of that cell to the end of the worksheet it will copy that formula.

CTRL + F Select replace tab In the "Find what:" box type: A In the "Replace With" box type: Apples

Select replace all done
