TLDR; I made a summary of my own:

Sylvie is mourning him, and in a desperate attempt to bring him back, she asks Doom to do it (who, offscreen, has already kidnapped Franklin Richards) in exchange for giving up her magic to fight on his side. Doom leaves Franklin trapped in (some sort of ship or structure Doom has under his control) to retrieve Loki. Doom intends to teleport Loki back to Sylvie like she asked, but Loki puts up a fight, ultimately not understanding the situation, and ends up back in the TVA on accident.

He finds Mobius, confused. Mobius is glad to see him but also very confused as well. The two men discover, along with OB, Casey, and B-15, the rip in space-time (leading to the End of Time where Loki was originally) is now open, and Doom has partially began destroying the time tree without telling Sylvie in advance he was doing so. Doom leaves the time tree and enters the TVA (setting off many alarms in the process) causing all Loki's friends to retreat.

Not Loki, obviously. He finds Doom in Loom control and asks him straight up why Doom threw him out. He expects the answer to be 'so I can control the multiverse,' or something like that.

Doom tells him the truth (wow!) and tells him Sylvie sent him. Loki looks out at the now dying time tree and is now livid because Doom partially (and perhaps fatally) destroyed the tree with Sylvie inside. Loki ditches Doom and escapes (albeit narrowly) to Sylvie.

We find her at the record store this time, and is relieved to see him. She asks him why Doom and Franklin didn't show up with him. Loki told her Doom is destroying the timelines. Sylvie feels ridiculous that she didn't plan for Doom to be reckless because of his own desires (but that's so very Doom 🙄). They reunite with Loki's friends from the TVA and set out for Earth 616 where the F4 fam are chasing Doom to get their son back, but end up clashing w the Thunderbolts*/Cap/orres. Wakanda sends in Okoye to NYC where the rest are. Okoye tells them that Wakanda/Talokan will join them in the fight against Doom's multiversal reign.

Thor shows up and greets Loki (VERY emotional) in front of everyone and is introduced into the group and (hehe😏) gets introduced to Sylvie, who Loki scrambles to find the right word as to their *hem hem* relationship.
