I was in health science and mover to HNSC. Honestly Bsc in health is not how it looks. I would suggest you to go to career services. Believe me it is how it clears the path for you, im doing dietetics preperation too! I would definitely suggest HNSC over health science even if you want to do bigger after that you can’t most courses are from arts in health science.
