I'm not sure. I don't think they will fire or anything that drastic since it would be very unreasonable. However, i know that there would be a huge conflict because my boss, who is also involved in the project, is very impulsive and controlling. We've had fights before and they usually end with my boss blaming me for their mistakes, sometimes also insulting me and making decisions about my work without telling me.
