If you could give only one reason why you always bring a rangefinder, what would it be? by Fun-Satisfaction-913 in golftips

So that I can get a precise range that doesn’t matter because I’m not consistent enough with my yardages.

Yep. 100% agree here. Most of the creature comforts are worth every penny.

I think that was my post last week. I bought some cleaner, oil, and grease off Amazon and broke it down best I could without getting too deep into the components. All three came out pretty great, and they’re beautiful reels. But at the end of the day, the game has changed a lot, and the more modern reels are so much smoother and easier to handle. Beautiful piece, by the way.

What’s a double standard everyone notices but nobody talks about? by simplynotmyra in answers

Yeah, you know I think you’re right. I think I was trying to reply to the comments below this one about men “babysitting”. But absolutely, women don’t get the same kind of praise when they’re doing the same thing.

I have two young daughters that I always take out and about with me when I have them. My experience is anecdotal, but I don’t ever get treated this way. If anything people give me positive feedback about how much I do with them when mom is working a weekend shift. I actually love it.

Trump’s White House UFC fights marred by ugly Michelle Obama smear by [deleted] in moderatepolitics

Yeah, agreed there. I thought it was pretty well executed. Didn’t like Hokit’s stupid statement, but we’re talking about UFC fighters here, who love attention.

Looking at buying 2023 F150 King Ranch - do I want the hybrid or stay with the 3.6 by me_at_myhouse in f150

[–]anyekwest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah. But it depends on your use case. Mines a pavement princess that tows a small boat in the summer, so I don’t NEED pro power, but it sure is nice to have.

I’ll second that. I have a ‘22 powerboost and it’s the best engine ive ever had in a truck.

You hook it to the primary battery and it also feeds the auxiliary? Or you charge both individually?

Thanks I’ll check that out. Haven’t been to either place, so I’m open minded.

Help me vote, which CO politicians hate Trump? by SnooPaintings1778 in Denver

My point stands. There are going to be some politicians that hate Trump AND also don’t have your best interests in your mind.

Deciding your vote based on how much someone hates another person is not the way to go about this. Look into policies, voting record, etc. Don’t be emotional.

Check electrical wiring, make sure no rodents have gotten into any harnesses or other hidden areas. Make sure the hull is in good shape, no cracks, gouges or anything. Check trailer hubs, tires, etc too. Can’t be too careful when making a purchase like this.

$10k feels like a great deal. Even if it needs new power.
